Directions

To asses tolerance, take 1 capsule on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast, and an additional 1 capsule 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional 1 capsule may be added to the morning serving

Warnings

Under no circumstance should the initial dose be exceeded or the warning on the bottle ignored. Do not exceed 3 capsules in any 24 hour period. Do not use for longer then 8 weeks without a mandatory 4 week break. Discuss with your physician before taking if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medications. Stop use and discuss with your physician if any negative effects occur. Do not exceed suggested dose. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. Must be 18 years old to use this product.
